Crosson & Richetti Family Law is pleased to announce that Michael Daigle has joined the firm’s practice group. Daigle joins from his position as Pro Se Law Clerk for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Since opening in September 2018, Crosson & Richetti has significantly grown. “We are committed to adding amazing talent to our firm so we’re thrilled to welcome Michael,” said founding member David Crosson. “He brings a wealth of knowledge, connections, and experience to our practice.”

Daigle brings 20 years of state and federal court experience on a variety of civil and criminal matters. He has extensive experience in federal criminal, employment and civil rights cases as well as state law experience in the areas of personal injury, family law and zoning matters. Daigle worked as the Career Clerk to the late Hon. James Knoll Gardner, former President Judge of the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas and United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, for nearly 18 years.
He is currently the Secretary for, and a member of, the Board of Directors of the Bar Association of Lehigh County. Daigle earned his J.D. from Widener University School of Law and his B.S. from State University of New York Oswego.
