Michelle M. Forsell, a long-time resident of Pennsburg, Upper Hanover Township, Montgomery County, focuses her practice primarily on elder law, estate planning and administration, Veterans benefits, real estate, and business law. Prior to going into private practice, she gained valuable experience as a law clerk in the Lehigh County Court of Common Pleas and Pennsylvania Superior Court. She is a former solicitor to the Borough of East Greenville and is experienced in drafting and implementing resolutions and ordinances, complying with Pennsylvania’s Right to Know Law, and dealing with zoning and land use issues. She continues to represent non-profit organizations and many local businesses. Michelle primarily practices in Montgomery County, Berks County, Bucks County, Lehigh County and Chester County, but can take matters throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
