Jennifer Bolivar is an Associate Attorney at Crosson Richetti & Daigle LLC. She is a first generation Colombian American; her native language is Spanish.
Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Business Component from the Pennsylvania State University (“Penn State”) where she graduated a year early with Distinction honors. During her time at Penn State, Jennifer was an active campus leader—including being President of the Student Government Association. Jennifer also completed a spring internship with the Office of the District Attorney in Lehigh County.

Before law school, Jennifer gained experience in human services. She worked as a Case Manager for Valley Youth House and as an Investigator with Pennsylvania Adult Protective Services.
Jennifer attended Widener University Commonwealth Law where she graduated a semester early, in December 2020, with cum laude honors and an Advocacy Certificate. Jennifer also received an Outstanding Service Award at graduation. During law school, Jennifer was a Member of the Trial Advocacy Honor Society; Founder and President of the Latin American Law Student Association; Executive Vice President of the Student Government Association; Membership Co-Chair of the Federal Bar Association; and a Member of the Women’s Law Caucus, Phi Alpha Delta, Public Interest Law Society, and the Program for Health, Exercise, and Fitness.
In addition to being an active leader at her law school, Jennifer completed a summer externship with United States Magistrate Judge Martin C. Carlson of the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and a yearlong internship with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General in the Torts Litigation Section.
Jennifer currently volunteers with Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers and is a part of the Alumni-Student Mentoring Program at Penn State.
